On Tuesday, a ceremony was held in Be'er-Sheva to inaugurate a new Entrepreneur's Center for Cyber and Making, the first of its kind in Israel, established by the Amal Education Network in cooperation with the Ministry of Education and the Be'er-Sheva municipality.

Other centers established by the Amal group based on this model are very successful in Tzfat, Hadera and the Amal 'Shevach Mofet' School in Tel Aviv.
The youth who will study at the new center will work with mentors from the cyber industry and Ben-Gurion University. In addition to entrepreneurial and business studies, students will learn two main anchors: cyber and making.
The program will be accompanied by Ben-Gurion University, headed by Dr. Nir Nissim, the Graduate Studies Department at the Bezalel Academy of Art and Design, and will include collaborations with local industries, with an emphasis on research and development in agriculture.

The new center will enable the youth to realize themselves in this area as well, by creating unique technological solutions for everyday challenges.
Thanks to these boys and girls, Be'er-Sheva will become a leader in innovation, in Israel and the rest of the world."
CEO of the Amal Group related, "The new center for cyber and making is an innovative source of inspiration for the entire region. It will create an infrastructure that will connect youth to future technologies and will integrate with the vision of the mayor of Be'er-Sheva to establish the city as the cyber capital. Our challenge is to develop a generation of bold thinking entrepreneurs, to raise the inventors of tomorrow and enable them to be on the cutting-edge. Cyber entrepreneurship and making give students unique exposure to a complex and challenging world that attracts the leading minds in the world. "
