Bi-Polar is the Is a visual creation inspired by Gogol's "The Chronicles of a Madman," which depicts the story of a clerk who fell in love with his manager's daughter, a love that becomes an obsession and ignites his bipolar mental illness. The work deals with the influence of the modern world on the soul of man and the blurring line between sanity and madness.

Inspired by Gogol's classic story, the mental illness develops on stage from the eyes of the person who experiences it. All this is done without words, but through movement, video art, music and lighting on the stage and unique language of the Ayit Ensemble.
